Headstart Residential Care provides therapeutic residential care for children aged 8–18, particularly those on the autism spectrum, with complex needs, or who have experienced trauma. Our model is rooted in therapeutic practices, with staff working closely with therapists to deliver consistent, individualised support.
Each child receives a personalised care plan designed to meet their unique needs in a safe, structured, and nurturing setting. Our highly trained, experienced carers are dedicated to helping every child feel safe, understood, and able to thrive.
We pride ourselves on providing small, family-style homes with a therapeutic focus. Children in our care also have the opportunity to attend Headstart School, ensuring seamless continuity between care and education.
